		<description>Thanks Joe! There are so many layers to this business that we often get so caught up in the mechanics that we forget all the other pieces and parts....until it&#039;s too late. Then we scramble around at the last minute to get the project over the deadline. From what I see and have experienced, most simply don&#039;t understand the fundamentals of project management. Those core skills can then be massaged and manipulated into your own custom eLearning project management methodology. 

Great to hear San Diego State is offering the class. Look forward to hearing your feedback about the course as it applies to eLearning</description>
